Ashley Road

This project at Ashley Road, Poole, involved the redevelopment and reconfiguration of an existing property into a high-quality nine-bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO), designed to provide modern, fully self-contained ensuite accommodation within a professionally managed co-living environment. The scheme was carefully developed to maximise the site’s investment potential while delivering a contemporary and highly functional living experience tailored towards the professional rental market.

The architectural approach focused on creating a balanced design that combined efficient spatial planning with high-quality internal and external finishes. The proposal sought to enhance the overall appearance and performance of the property while ensuring the development responded appropriately to its urban surroundings and residential context.

Internally, the layout was comprehensively redesigned to accommodate nine generously sized ensuite bedrooms alongside well-considered communal living, kitchen, and dining facilities that encourage both privacy and social interaction. Particular attention was given to natural daylight, circulation, storage integration, and the creation of comfortable, practical living spaces suited to long-term occupation. The inclusion of private ensuite facilities within each room significantly elevates the standard of accommodation, creating a premium co-living environment aligned with modern tenant expectations.
