Externally, the dwelling is characterised by a sophisticated composition of smooth rendered walls, natural vertical timber cladding, and dark framed glazing, complemented by a slate-effect pitched roof that enhances the building’s contemporary character. The combination of natural textures and contrasting darker elements provides depth and visual interest while maintaining a cohesive and understated appearance. Large-format windows and glazed openings have been strategically positioned to maximise natural daylight, frame views of the gardens, and strengthen the connection between internal living spaces and the external environment.

Internally, the layout has been designed to provide a spacious and functional arrangement suited to modern family living. The ground floor centres around expansive open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas that encourage social interaction and flexible day-to-day use, while maintaining a sense of comfort and practicality.
