This project involved the complete transformation of an existing single-storey, 3-bedroom bungalow into a striking 7-bedroom luxury family home, designed to maximise both space and lifestyle.

The brief was to create a contemporary, high-end residence that seamlessly blends architectural form with functional living. The result is a carefully considered two-storey dwelling that introduces strong gable features, generous glazing, and a refined material palette to elevate the original property into a landmark home.

Internally, the layout has been reimagined to provide expansive open-plan living areas, complemented by a series of private and leisure-focused spaces. The scheme includes a dedicated gym and wellness suite, alongside multiple entertainment zones designed for modern family living.

Externally, the property opens out onto a beautifully landscaped garden, complete with a swimming pool and outdoor entertaining areas. Large glazed openings and balconies enhance the connection between inside and out, allowing natural light to flood the interior while framing views across the garden.
